FEES & ENGAGEMENTS
Clear starting points.
Scope that reflects the responsibility involved.
remarkable. is a Tokyo-based, founder-led advisory supporting companies, leaders, specialist professionals and internationally minded families working between Japan and global markets.
Some needs can be addressed in a focused session. Others require research, preparation, coordination, deliverables or continuing implementation. The fees below show how an engagement can begin; the final scope reflects the work and responsibility involved.
All displayed fees are in Japanese yen and include 10% Japanese consumption tax where it applies. Any different tax treatment will be stated in the written proposal or invoice. Fees shown are current as of July 2026 and apply to new clients and newly scoped work.
Choosing the right format
The fee follows the responsibility the engagement requires.
A session length alone does not define the work. The appropriate format depends on whether the objective is to develop the client’s capability, apply judgment to a defined question, or produce and implement an agreed output.
Advisory
Applies judgment to a defined business, leadership or cross-border question. It may involve advance review, decision framing, recommendations and a concise written record of the way forward.
Ongoing development
Builds the client’s own capability through a regular cadence of coaching, advising or learning support. It ordinarily involves lighter preparation and no substantial project deliverable.
Projects & implementation
Produces, coordinates or implements agreed outputs under a written scope, schedule, allocation of responsibilities and review process.
The format is confirmed before work begins. Individual-session fees apply only where the purpose and preparation fit that format; advisory, substantive document work and implementation are scoped separately.
Advisory, projects & team engagements
Begin with one defined question—or build the scope around a larger outcome.
The right starting point depends on what must change, what has already been attempted and how much research, preparation, coordination or implementation is required.
A short introductory conversation to understand the situation, determine whether remarkable. is a suitable fit and identify the most useful next step.

A regular cadence for capability that must grow through practice.
These fees apply to continuing one-to-one online development with an established objective and a normal level of preparation. New clients ordinarily begin with a 55-minute session. The 25- and 40-minute formats are generally used for focused follow-up and continuity after the objective and working cadence have been established.
| Individual engagement | 25 minutes | 40 minutes | 55 minutes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Executive & professional communication | ¥6,600 | ¥9,900 | ¥13,200 |

The rates above do not include business advisory, substantive research, extensive review of materials, written deliverables or project implementation. Time-sensitive executive preparation, corporate-sponsored development, small groups and team programs are scoped separately.
